MARILYN  MAXWELL

 

Marvel Marilyn Maxwell nasceu  no dia 03 de Agosto de 1921 e faleceu em 20 de Março de 1972, Marilyn Maxwell foi uma atriz e cantora americana.
Notada por seus cabelos loiros e sua aparência sexy, ela participou de diversos filmes e programas de rádio, além de entreter as tropas na Segunda Guerra Mundial e na Guerra da Coréia, esta ao lado de Bob Hope.
Maxwell começou sua carreira profissional como cantora de rádio ainda adolescente antes de assinar contrato com a MGM em 1942. Entre os programas que ela fez, estão "The Abbott and Costello Show". O dono da MGM, Louis B. Mayer, pediu para que ela mudasse o nome "Marvel" para o verdadeiro, Marilyn. Em seguida, acabou adotando o nome de Marilyn Maxwell. Alguns de seus filmes incluem "Lost in a Harem" (1944), "Champion" (1949), "The Lemon Drop Kid" (1951) e "Rock-A-Bye Baby" (1958).
Nos anos 60, trabalhou na TV.
Em 1972, o filho mais velho de Maxwell, encontrou-a morta aos 50 anos, aparentemente vítima de ataque cardíaco, depois de se tratar de hipertensão e doença pulmonar. 
Marilyn foi casada três vezes, a primeira com John Conte (1944 a 1946), depois com Anders McIntyre (1949 a 1950) e por fim com Jerry Davis (1954 a 1960), com quem teve um filho.
