BONITA GRANVILLE

Bonita Granville nasceu em uma família de atores no dia 02 de fevereiro de 1923 em Chicago, e faleceu de câncer em 11.10.1988 em Santa Monica-CA. Começou a  atuar aos 9 anos de idade no filme "Westward Passage" (1932). Regularmente escalada para fazer meninas desobedientes, trabalhou também em "These Thee" (1936). Sua atuação deixou uma boa impressão e ela foi indicada ao Oscar de Melhor atriz coadjuvante. Apareceu em alguns filmes da série Andy Hardy, mas sua carreira nunca deslanchou.
Após o casamento com Jack Wrather, em 1947 com quem teve 4 filhos, apareceu ainda em três filmes, tornando-se em seguida uma executiva da Wrather Corp. Após a morte de seu marido, em 1984, assumiu a empresa. Chegou a ser presidente do American Film Institute. Morreu de câncer em Santa Monica, em 1988.
